A veteran media sales executive with extensive traditional print, broadcast and advertising sales experience, Warsinske began his career on Madison Avenue with Saatchi & Saatchi/NY, transitioned to media sales with USA Today and later founded Cybereps in 1995--one of the Internet’s first online advertising sales companies. Cybereps catapulted ad sales for many of the most visited sites on the Internet including, IMDB.com, TuCows.com, Rootsweb.com, Andover.net, Reuters.com, eMarketer.com, ClickZ.com and dozens others--growing to 100 employees and 7 offices, Cybereps was sold in 2001 to Interep, a Nasdaq traded, radio advertising sales company.
Warsinske is an active active investor in several reverse mergers of private companies into public companies over the past 20 years, including serving as CEO of Sydys (OTC:SYYC), investments in Biopath (OTC:BPTH), SpiritsTime (OTC:SRSG) and Biothics (OTC:BOTH).
